Produced annually by students at the University of Texas at Austin, Analecta is comprised of student art and previously unpublished student literature collected from a contest held at over 280 colleges and universities each fall.

Recognized by the National Writing Program as one of the premier literary journals in the country and showcasing works by some of America's most innovative young artists, Analecta has a twenty year tradition of acting as a national venue for students themselves to present what they feel are the finest works of their peers.
