CNHS Cl'67 Alumni Foundation Scholar's Contract Signing
The annual contract signing for scholars of Cavite National High School Class '67 Alumni Scholarship Foundation was held on Wednesday, May 18, 2005, at May Hebreo’s home in Sta. Cruz, Cavite City.
The contract reaffirms the commitment of each scholar, (to fulfill all the requirements to satisfactorily complete his or her school tasks) for parents (to provide their unconditional support) and for the foundation staff (to provide the necessary financial support).
The attendees for the contract signing are: The grantee for our new ‘study now-pay later’ program, ( Robee Benson Medina & continuing scholar, Redjie Badaguas ),
, their parents, members of the Cl'67 Foundation Staff (May Hebreo, Edna Gloriani Ibrado, Yoly Diwa Guerrero & Danny Papa), with two former Foundation scholars; Joel Austria & Michelle Amparo, together with another Class’67 alumni Eliseo Cuevas Ph.D, Ed.D. The occasion was also graced by visiting ‘Balik-Bayans’ from Southern California: Ed Adlawan & Mayumi Ricasa Mendoza.

An impromptu program before the signing ceremony was held. May Hebreo introduced everyone that was present and further explained the mechanics of the new ‘study now-pay later’ scheme. May explained that the new scheme was developed to respond to the request of Robee Benson Medina, a former scholar who recently graduated top of his class and placed fourth, college wide. His extra ordinary academic accomplishment and his family’s financial state, drives the Foundation to develop such scheme.
The occasion also coincides with the small reception in honor of the returning balik-bayans and to celebrate Yolly Diwa Guerrero’s birthday anniversary The festive event ended up with a very positive note and with the visiting ‘balik-bayans’ pledging active participation and support to the foundation’s cause.
