OUR STORY

Nicole and Steve met in November of 1998 at Liberty Unvirsity's Debate TOurnament. At that time Steve was attending Catholic UNiversity if AMerica and Nicole was attending West Virginia UNiversity. They were both Freshmen at their respective schools. They struck up a nice conversation and in January steve got up the nerve to give Nicole his email address. Nicole emailed him the same day! After some email chats, Nicoel saw Steve again at the Naval Academy tournament. It was at that tournament on January 30, 1999 that they had their first kiss and decided to try dating. Life was ahrd for them at first. Steve would have to cathc greyhoud busses from DC to see Nicole or they would rely on Nciole's debate coach Dan to take Nicole to see Steve on his excursions hom in the DC area.

This time away at each other started to eat away at them, so Steve made the decision that he would transfer schools from Catholic University to WVU. This would turn out to be the best decision Steve ever made, as he would soon come to find out that he and Nicole had a great future ahead of them!

Bride

Nicole is an Accounting major at West Virginia University. She plans on working as accountant while going to law school. She is originally from Moundsville, WV. She has an internship with Andersen (Big 5 Accounting Firm) this summer in Boston MA. She is  21 years old.

Groom

Stephen will kill me later for using this picture! He is an Accounting major at West Virginia University. He is originally from Warwick, Rhode Island. He has many differing interests. He likes to play the guitar and Play Station. He is also really into computer programming and cooking. His latest hobby is a webcomic called Beacon Street. He is 21 years old.
