MY BIO
It all began when I was five. I saw my first live show then in Odessa,Texas. The only match I remember is Andre The Giant vs. Ox Baker. Andre fell into the top rope and it snapped. He ended up at my feet.Totally blew me away. I mean being a five year old kid, and Andre falling and then standing up in front of me was amazing. I know I went every week and saw the likes of Bobby Jaggers and Ricky Romero; but from that point on, I really don't remember much. Then in 1980, saw a tape of NWA world title match from Japan. David Von Erich vs Harley Race. The whole claw gimmick and lots of blood. Then I started watching Georgia Championship Wrestling on TBS. I seen the whole Tommy Rich-Buzz Sawyer feud from the begining to the end.Went a couple of years without watching much. The next match I saw then was Kerry Von Erich vs Ric Flair in a cage with Micheal Hayes as special referee. That's right the begining of the Von Erich-Freebird feud. As you can see, I've seen the best wrestling has had to offer.....
I then spent my Friday nights at the Sportatorium in downtown Dallas. Then in July of 1990, I got an idea. I wanted to wrestle. Joined Chris Adams' wrestling school(same time Steve Austin was there). Spent about a year there, when I got tired of travling all over the state, just to work out. We had to go to where the show was(one time in Davis,OK), set up his ring and pay him to work out. At first I didn't mind, but then I thought what a fuck it was, and left. In June 1991, saw a flyer for N.A.W.A. pro wrestling. Checked it out, and soon joined their camp. Run by Texas legend, Killer Tim Brooks. Great training, and learned the right way to be. Started working two weeks later(first match against Kenny The Stinger in Ft.Worth,Tx). Wrestled exclusively for N.A.W.A. for 3 years. Worked for indies through out south west. Faced the best Texas has had to offer. Here's a short list of who;Brooks, Bull Man Downs, Action Jackson, Awesome Kong, Rod Price, Manny Fernandez, are just a few. Had series of matches aganist Jimmy James in Duncanville,Tx. From a No DQ, to blindfold match, to loser-eats-dog food. Wrestled Kit Carson in lumberjack strap match. Have had longtime rivalary with Carson, since I joined N.A.W.A. Had wild brawl with Destruction(6'5" 385lbs)in Houma,La for Deep South Wrestling. Last match I had, I won the Outlaw Championship Wrestling Lightheavyweight Title from Chris Rox in Duncanville,Tx. Company closed doors the next week. So, thats just a brief look at my wrestling roots. I have taken time away for personal reasons(spending time with family). But plan on returning in the coming months.
