The league has finally announced announced the 4 new teams awarded. Nashville will start the fall of 1998, Atlanta in '99, and Columbus and Minnesota for 2000. And out of all of them, the only one that should get one is St. Paul where at least they know about the game. It's really too bad Ken Dryden took the job of president of the Maple Leafs because he should be the league comissioner. But enough of my opinion. Also announced is the realignment of the teams. If you would like to see how the league will look over the next few years, you can check out the NHL page.

I hope you enjoy my section on Windsor, the Birthplace of Hockey. If you are, there is also a new book out called "The Puck Stops Here" that goes into even more detail about Windsor. Also, on my links is a site about it.

Coming soon-: A very special look at the series that changed hockey forever, the '72 Summit Series!!!!!!

Well, now that the season is over, the real excitement gets going. You almost get the feeling this will be a record year for coaches get fired. And don't expect Boston to trade away their first overall pick at the draft. Joe Thorton is their man (which would be a switch for them). Also, I'd like to send my regards to my own god, Don Cherry. You can go to CBC's playoff page and e-mail him if you'd like. Just go to http://www.nhl-cbc-cup.com/ .

Well, that's about it for now, i guess. When I get the chance to, you can expect quite a different look to this page, and a lot more than just the coolest game on earth. If you would like to e-mail me, my address is below. See ya....
