C02 or Compressed Air?
This is my opinion on the quality of both c02 and compressed air. Everyone thinks compressed air is the best but c02 can be just as good as compressed air. The only way to achieve this is to have an expansion chamber and run remote. If you do this, your gun will work almost as good as compressed air. I know a guy that does this with an Autococker and he says it works just fine and works as good as compressed air.
If you run c02 with out a remote or an expansion chamber your gun can jam. When it jams your gun starts to leak and you loss air and shots. Try not to use c02 with an Automag it will not work very well because it is made for air. The only reason why people use C02 is because the tank and the fills are cheap. It might cost you $25 for a C02 tank. But a compressed tank can cost as low as $80 or it can coast as much as $500. The fills for a compressed air tanks are about $6. If you want to buy a scoob tank to fill it it will cast you about $240.The only reason why they cost more is because some of the tanks can hold more air and be lighter. Most professionals get compressed air because they want the best performance from their gun. Most recreational player uses C02 because the gun is built for it and because it is cheaper.
The good thing about compressed air is that it is not a liquid and it does not have to expand. So if you get compressed air it almost eliminates jams. Also compressed air is cleaner for the gun and it gives you more consistency, which is good. I use compressed air and you get more consistent shots and your balls go a LOT FERTHER!!!!!! I think compressed air is the best thing I ever did for my gun.
C02 or Compressed air it is your choice?
