| News: ROD BRYDEN ANNOUNCED: SENS ARE HERE TO STAY.... until next year anyways. It doesn't look like Yashin is coming back..... Even though some people may say:
"Trade Yashin, let's get something for him",
management disagrees. Bryden and the rest of the
management have recently restated: "On November 9, 1999, I announced that Alexei Yashin had been suspended for the balance of this season, including play-offs, and that I would not consider a trade of Alexei. Our views and position regarding this matter have not and will not change. " Fisher Out for season.... Arvedson too? Mike Fisher, injured his right knee on Dec. 30 against the Boston Bruins. Fisher tore his anterior cruciate ligament, his rookie season is over. Arvedson was injured while skating at full speed and colliding into an open door. The word around the hospital was 6-8 weeks, but it looks like Arvedson won't return at all this season. "I feel so weak right now, with the morphine they're giving me and the fever.
