MAU First Year 97/98
Hey, my name is Eric Collard, I'm a first year Commerce student at Mount Allison University in good old Sackville, NB. I was born and raised in Quebec but don't hold that against me. My off-season home is in beautiful Casselman, half hour outside of the Nation's Capital; Ottawa, ON. My interests include most sports (especially football), working out, working at the Duke of Allison (the local Bar), DJ'ing and our radio show, "The Capital Connection". That was before our show was banned from the air for 6 months for circumstances beyond our control. The Capital Connection consists of myself, Art "The Polish Prince" Deruga and sometimes (when his wife lets him out) Peter "Pierre Lamontagne" Hill.I've been a busy boy this summer splitting time between a few interests. I've been busy working fulltime at a local computer company, Sceptre Advanced Business Solutions, and working once in a while at a local corporation, Wackenhut, doing security at concerts and special events. I'm still busy working out at the
Ottawa Athletic Club (3-4 times a week) and running (2-3 times a week) at a local high school . I also try to spend some time with my friends usually clubbing or just plain hanging out. In most ways I've been an angel these past few months. I guess I'll always be a teddy bear inside...
Same old, same old. I've been doing pretty much the same. School, football and work occupied my life back then and same now. The off-season was good, spent time working at the gov't (Stats Can), and working at The Factory Night Club. Yeah I know it's a bad bar but it pays the bills... I also worked out and ran again. It was a sobering experience.
