The Wildcats season has begun!! I love the Wildcats even though Miles no longer plays for them. In addition to this page, I also have an Arizona Wildcats page. If you want more info about the Wildcats you can visit.

The Wildcats have again nailed down another 20 win season. Arizona can clinch 2nd place in the conference with wins at home against USC and UCLA. Zona is coming off of a tough road trip in which they dropped both games to Cal and Stanford.
Jason Terry continues to lead Arizona in scoring, assists, free throw %, and steals. Jason is the clear front runner for PAC 10 MVP and is a top 6 finalist for the Wooden Award. Jason also has an excellent chance of making the First Team All-America squad and will recieve many votes for all of the Player of the Year awards.
As for the numerous freshmen, Micheal Wright has put himself in good position to win the PAC 10 Newcomer of the Year Award, as he has played very well in his first year as a Wildcat. Wright has improved much as the season has gone on and leads the Wildcats in rebounding in many games. Micheal, along with Richard Jefferson and Ruben Douglas, starts for the Cats. Ruben has been coming around with his shooting, and has played solid defense for Arizona. Jefferson has been up and down in the scoring department, but did record the game winner against Washington at McKale earlier in the year. Also seeing time for the Cats are: Rick Anderson, Traves Wilson, Justin Wessel, Gene Edgerson and John Ash.
BEAR DOWN ARIZONA. Miles.
