BROKEN BONES trampled in scoring stampede
TECHNOIDS bury BROKEN BONES 77-35
Statsworld.com Fantasy Sources
35 BROKEN BONES (3-4)
• Donovan McNabb - 13t TD
• Adrian Peterson - 20r TD
• Reggie Wayne - 131 rec yards
• Nate Burleson - 91k TD

77 TECHNOIDS (5-1-1)
• Tom Brady - 354 pass yards, 30t 2t 35t 50t 14t 16t TD
• Willis McGahee - 114 rush yards, 46r TD
• Josh Brown - 38g 48g 45g 43g FG
• Houston O/D - 26df TD
(10/23/2007) — Quarterbacks seem to get all the credit. This game was no different as Tom Brady scored 35 points leading the TECHNOIDS to a 77-35 victory over BROKEN BONES.

What more can be said about Tom Brady after another outstanding week? Brady connected on 6 touchdowns while completing 21 of 25 passes for 354 yards. Josh Brown had his most productive game of the season with 4 field goals and 3 extra points. Brown is now 13 of 14 in field goals on the season. From a fantasy standpoint, Willis McGahee has been incredibly consistent this season. McGahee had a huge 46-yard touchdown run this week and exceed 100 yards of offense for the sixth time.

"It just feels so incredible to finally win again and to finish a game. We work so hard all off season to prepare for this," TECHNOIDS coach Dan L said. "I give a lot of the credit to QB Tom Brady. He came up huge today."

Owners are still waiting for another huge game from Donovan McNabb. Sunday, McNabb completed 21 of 34 passes for 226 yards and on score. Adrian Peterson definitely looks like the real deal in Minnesota after turning in another nice game. Peterson averaged over 5 yards per carry (12-63) and scored on a 20-yard run. Other than not scoring this week, Reggie Wayne had his most productive game of the season with 9 receptions for 131 yards.

"The TECHNOIDS aren't as good as we made them appear. We played probably the worst that we could possibly play and they came out and played very, very well," BROKEN BONES coach Jim L said.

LOS VATOS out hustled, drop to 3-4
Statsworld.com Fantasy Sources
30 LOS VATOS (3-4)
• Marshawn Lynch - 1r TD
• Chad Johnson - 102 rec yards
• New York (N) O/D - 75df TD

39 ACTING CAPTAINS (1-6)
• Jerricho Cotchery - 32c TD
• Robbie Gould - 39m 31g 22g 41g 45g FG
• Denver O/D - 50df TD
(10/23/2007) — The ACTING CAPTAINS faced stronger competition from the hostile fans and slippery field conditions than from the LOS VATOS.

Jerricho Cotchery made it into the end zone for the first time this season while pulling in 6 receptions for 60 yards. Damon Huard didn't fare too well this week as he completed 16 of 31 passes for 177 yards and no scores. Frank Gore failed to score for the fourth game in a row, but managed to gain over 100 yards on 14 carries for 88 yards and 3 receptions for 23 yards.

"We tried to put pressure on Jason Campbell from a variety of ways and we got them good," ACTING CAPTAINS coach George K said. "Their receiving corps is a formidable looking group and when they get you on the field if he (the quarteback) has time, it's hard to defend. But for us, it was a great day."

Marshawn Lynch just can't seem to hit the 100-yard mark this season. Lynch turned in 98 yards of total offense and a score this week, his third game with 98 or 99 yards. Chad Johnson tied his season low in receptions (3) and hasn't scored since week two. Luckily for owners, Chad was able to convert his catches into 102 yards, his third 100-yard game of the season.

"The first two quarters were abominations," LOS VATOS coach Mark R said. "We did a terrible job as a team. We didn't have to do anything to respond other than work harder."

GALLOPING GESTOPOZ cut down STORM, improve to 2-5
Statsworld.com Fantasy Sources
69 GALLOPING GESTOPOZ (2-5)
• Carson Palmer - 3t TD
• Calvin Johnson - 32r TD
• Wesley Welker - 138 rec yards, 14c 16c TD
• Roddy White - 110 rec yards, 9c TD
• Mike Nugent - 24g 35g 43g FG
• Seattle O/D - 91kr TD

46 STORM (3-4)
• Peyton Manning - 259 pass yards, 1r 35t TD
• Anquan Boldin - 2c 10c TD
• Dallas Clark - 35c TD
• Jeff Wilkins - 31g 29g 44m FG
• Cincinnati O/D - 42i TD
(10/23/2007) — WR Wesley Welker had a big game scoring 14 points as GALLOPING GESTOPOZ beat STORM 69-46.

Wesley Walker turned in another outstanding performance this week. Walker scored twice while catching 9 balls for 138 yards. Carson Palmer didn't get many opportunities to throw the ball this week, completing just 14 of 21 passes for 226 yards and a short touchdown. Roddy White had a productive game on Sunday with 8 receptions for 110 yards and his second touchdown of the season.

"I was almost sure we weren't going to win," GALLOPING GESTOPOZ coach C J said. "The play calling in the fourth quarter -- wow! When our backs were to the wall, they worked to perfection. For me to throw it on fourth-and-4 was really shocking."

Peyton Manning has some difficulty in the passing game on Monday night, completing just 23 of 37 passes for 259 and one score. Manning also scored on a 1-yard run. Anquan Boldin had some unusual stats this week… 8 receptions and 2 touchdowns, but just 29 yards. Dallas Clark extended his scoring streak to five games with his longest touchdown of the season (35 yards). Clark finished with 4 catches for 66 yards.

"It was a great game to coach until kickoff, and then it was a really hard game to coach," STORM coach Brian H said.

T-BONE CRUSHERS drop TOEJAMMS to 4-3 with 40-39 win
Statsworld.com Fantasy Sources
39 TOEJAMMS (4-3)
• Marion Barber - 1r TD
• Derrick Mason - 15c TD
• Santonio Holmes - 13c TD
• David Akers - 24g 33g 37g FG
• Miami O/D - 36i TD

40 T-BONE CRUSHERS (5-2)
• Amani Toomer - 4c TD
• Randy Moss - 122 rec yards, 35c 50c TD
• Adam Vinatieri - 36g 20g FG
• Dallas O/D - 68bk TD
(10/23/2007) — In a game both squads will remember for a long time, Randy Moss scored 14 points helping the T-BONE CRUSHERS to a last second victory. After the game, Coach celebrated by dancing in front of Coach on the TOEJAMMS sideline before sprinting the length of the field and leaping into the stands.

Randy Moss got back on track this week (as if he was ever off it) by pulling in 4 receptions for 122 yards and a couple of nice touchdowns. Moss still leads wide outs in yards and scores. Jon Kitna had another unproductive game this week with just 147 yards on 16 of 20 passing and no scores.

"It's always nice to win a rivalry game. We enjoyed it for the last few minutes of the game and now it's time to move on," T-BONE CRUSHERS coach Coach said. "The offensive line, receivers, Jon Kitna - The only thing I did today was set a great fantasy lineup."

Marion Barber broke out of his three week fantasy slump with over 100 yards of offense and a short touchdown. Barber rushed for 96 yards and caught 4 balls for 9 yards. Derrick Mason protected his lead in receptions by catching 7 balls for 78 yards including his second score of the season. Santonio Holmes found the end zone this week on a 13-yard reception while catching 6 balls for 54 yards.

"You have got to take care of the ball," TOEJAMMS coach Coach said. "Victory goes to the team who makes the next-to-last mistake."

WHERE'S THE BEEF tame in 34-26 loss to NATURE BOYZ
Statsworld.com Fantasy Sources
26 WHERE'S THE BEEF (2-5)
• Drew Brees - 37t 4t TD
• Reggie Bush - 4c TD
• Minnesota O/D - 28df TD

34 NATURE BOYZ (4-2-1)
• Daunte Culpepper - 21t TD
• Terrell Owens - 103 rec yards, 5c TD
• Donte' Stallworth - 30c TD
(10/23/2007) — QB Daunte Culpepper scored 9 points to help the NATURE BOYZ beat WHERE'S THE BEEF 34-26.

Daunte Culpepper played reasonably well this week with over 225 yards and a 21-yard touchdown. Terrell Owens had a nice outing this week with 7 catches for 103 yards and a 5-yard touchdown. T.O. has just two 100-yard receiving games this season. Donte' Stallworth scored for the third game in a row (all of them from 30+ yards out) and finished with 3 receptions for 51 yards.

“I really shouldn’t tell you why we were successful,” said NATURE BOYZ coach Ron S. “But I will tell you that any time you're going against a coach like Chris J, you want to keep the coach confused and off-balance. I don’t know if balance was an issue but I think confusion really set in. "

Drew Brees is slowly getting back to last season's form. Brees scored twice for the second week in a row and completed 22 of 34 passes for 219 yards. Reggie Bush wasn't able to keep his 100-yard game streak alive this week as he accumulated just 73 total yards. Bush also scored for the time this season.

"Embarrassing is one thought that comes to mind," WHERE'S THE BEEF coach Chris J said. "It seemed like we went out and warmed up and turned around and it was over. I'll have to watch film. It's tough to swallow right now."

WOGG DOGGS show no respect for IMPALERS
Statsworld.com Fantasy Sources
47 IMPALERS (5-2)
• Tony Romo - 277 pass yards, 5t TD
• LenDale White - 104 rush yards, 1r TD
• Maurice Jones-Drew - 1r TD
• T.J. Houshmandzadeh - 3c TD
• New England O/D - 77kr TD

50 WOGG DOGGS (4-3)
• Jeff Garcia - 316 pass yards, 5t 4t TD
• Brandon Jacobs - 107 rush yards, 5r TD
• Larry Johnson - 112 rush yards, 1r TD
• Shayne Graham - 20g FG
(10/23/2007) — Whether you call them lucky or good, the WOGG DOGGS extended their consecutive win streak to 3 games with another good performance, this time at the expense of the IMPALERS 50-47.

Jeff Garcia mastered the short game this week by completing 37 of 45 passes for 316 yards and 2 scores. It was Garcia's first 300-yard game of the season. Brandon Jacobs turned in his second 100-yard rushing game of the season and scored on a 5-yard run. Jacobs also added 3 receptions for 16 yards. Larry Johnson finally showed some consistency with his second 100+ yard game in a row. Johnson scored once, rushed for 112 yards, and caught 6 balls for 21 yards.

"It takes time to make a good wine," WOGG DOGGS coach John D said. "It's got to age. It takes a while to eliminate the situation problems, takes a while for coaching staffs to improve, have coaches get better, have a level of trust and communication, that the doubting Thomas's aren't here. We’re finally starting to age."

After starting the season on fire, Tony Romo is struggling to turn in another big game. Romo scored once and threw for 277 yards on Sunday. LenDale White finally cracked the 100-yard barrier this week with 104 yards on 27 carries, 4 receptions for 22 yards, and his fourth score of the season. Maurice Jones-Drew scored for the third game in a row, but his yardage numbers were down this week. Jones-Drew finished with 52 rushing yards and 17 receiving yards.

"Hey I conduct myself as a professional fantasy coach," said IMPALERS coach Dan P. "The WOGG DOGGS, on the other hand are one of those teams that tries to take a lot of cheap shots. I'm looking forward to our next meeting."
