GNA MEMBER registration fees of one hundred and fifty ($150.00) are due by February 1st.  Late fees are assessed for membership fees received on or after March 1st.  Membership is cancelled if fees are not received by April 1st.  According to Article 7c, MEMBERS must submit an additional dollar ($1.00) per registered member with the annual registration form.

Each team must submit the names of their Executive Officers to the Corresponding Secretary of the GNA, Rose Bowen, by January 31st.  Each Executive Body must consist of President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer at minimum.

The first meeting of the GNA Council will be held after MEMBER registration.  Two delegates from each registered MEMBER, one of who must be an executive officer, must be sent as representatives for the Council.

The 2000 season begins May 1st.  The Tournament Committee, once appointed by the Council shall preside over the tournament.
