          2. Collusion. AKA O’Keefe Rule.
          3. If a player is recently injured and is involved in a trade after the injury. For example, X-Men have Jeff George. He injures his hamstring on Sunday. He then trades him to the Painted Skulls the following week. That trade is illegal. But if he is injured after the two parties agree to the trade, the trade is still valid.

        5. A trade request must be submitted by Thursday at 12am in order for the player to be stared on Sunday.

          1. When making a request, please designate the player that you will drop for your request.

        3. The roster moves will be posted to the Transaction Page on Wednesday morning.
        4. From Wednesday till kickoff on Sunday, first come, first serve.
          1. Players that are dropped during the week are unavailable to be picked up until the following week. This is meant to give everyone an opportunity to know who is available.

      3. Adding a player from Waivers
        1. If a team wants a player that is on waivers, he submits a claim and can claim him if he should have the highest claim position.
        2. Claim Position. The teams will determine the waiver order with least number of points. Once a team has claimed a player off waivers, that team will drop to the last slot. The order will reset every week.

    2. All entry-fees must be paid prior to the draft, or arrangements made with the commish, or that team will not draft.
    3. Lanty Mills Rule 2: Fees must be paid before the draft, unless arrangements are made with the commish. If arrangements are made with the commish, if debt is unpaid after the 4th week of the season, that teams roster will be locked. No roster moves or changes to starting lineups. Come on boys. When I am writing this, on January 9, 2001, Lanty still hasn’t paid. This is bullshit. If you can’t afford to gamble, then don’t.
    4. Skins Game: Weekly high point champ with a twist. In order to claim the high point award for the week, the weekly high score’s point total must be greater than the average of the weekly high points for the year. If it is not, the $5 will be carried over to the next week.
    5. ProBowl: On week 17, each team can submit a lineup with the full NFL roster to chose from. The standard lineup will apply (1 QB, 2 RB, 2 WR, 1 TE, 1 K, 1 Defense). So it is possible that a player can be on multiple teams, which is ok. The team with the highest point total will claim the $60. All teams can participate regardless of the result of the season.

        9. –10 points for giving up more than 45 points.
          1. The Defense is not responsible for touchdowns surrendered by their offense.
          2. Example: Jacksonville beat Kansas City in the preseason 26-22. 7 of Kansas City’s points came as a result of a fumble recovery for a touchdown. Therefore, Jacksonville’s defense is only responsible for 15 points, which is worth 1 point.

      3. Starting a defense on a bye week will be a penalty of (-10 points).
