MELBA B Notices

1. St Andrew's Games - Home team from 6:00 game to pick up clock from the front desk.
Home Team from 9:00 game to return it to the front desk.

2. King's Games - Home team from 7:30 game is to pick up the clock at Alexander Hall
(residence across the courtyard from gym.)
Home Team from 9:00 game is to return clock (in the box) to Alexander Hall.
If the clock is lost or broken, the team responsible for returning it is responsible for the replacement cost.

3)Basinview Games – Home team to pick up the clock from school personnel prior to the game and return after the game. Please do not park in the fire lane behind the school. There is a parking lot on site.

4. The winning team must call in the game score within 48 hours.
The sheet is to be faxed or mailed to Helen Nicholson phone: 493-4604 and fax 454-3074.

5. If you are unable to field a team and must default a game, it is the
team representative's responsiblity to contact the team rep from the team you are scheduled to
play. The team rep from the defaulting team must also call the Referee Coordinator:
Russ Boyle 462-1746 (leave message Requires 48 Hours Notice.
The defaulting team will be chared for the rederee's fees if the default is not called in
far enought in advance to cancel the officials.

6. Scores should be called in to one (or both) of the following by the winning team:
Chronicle Herald 426-2812 The Daily News 468-1222

7. In the event of a uniform colour conflict, the home team must wear pinney's, which are
available from the desk with the clock. This was passed in a motion at the Annual Meeting.

8. Home team must supply the ball and score sheet.
