About Us & What we teach

Unlike most "Kenpo Karate" Schools, we do not teach the commerical verison of "Ed Parker's American Kenpo." We teach Professor Parker's art as it was meant to be. Thus, we teach Advanced American Kenpo, NOT commerical Kenpo.

Since the passing of Prof. Parker, Dr. Ron Chap'el has continued the evolution of American Kenpo. Through Dr. Chap'el's efforts Ed Parker's American Kenpo is not only preserved but is being taught to a new generation of Black Belts. Dr. Ron Chap'el is the Senior Master Professor of the Ed Parker's Insitute in Los Angeles, CA.
