Hi, my name is Kelsey Gossett. I am an Angel in Heaven. My life was taken when I was only 9 years old as I was crossing the street to get on my school bus. A driver decided to pass my bus, and I didn't have a chance. My Mommy and family are trying to get a law passed so that children do not have to cross the street to load or unload buses. A Bill was proposed, to do just that,just 11 days after my passing. It still sits on the desk of the Transportation Commitee, not being considered. My family needs your help in order for them to get this law passed, so that other children's live can be spared, and that they have a chance at a full life. I/We like to call it
