criteria for entering name for the drawing:

1. Applicant must be Florida resident.

2. Provide: *Verification of passing grade average to establish merit.

*Copy of current NHPA card of junior status

*Copy of birth certificate

*Verification of 4 sanctioned tournaments during the period April 1, 2008

and March 31, 2009 (State Championship Tournament will be included).

Drawing held at the Beverly Hills Spring Open Tournament.

All juniors applying are encouraged to attend in support of the scholarship award

Winner of the scholarship award will be sent a copy of letter sent to US Family Foundation stating he/she is the winner of this award. Recipient should keep the letter and contact the US Family Foundation when he/she enrolls in educational institution of their choice to further their education.

**Note: Scholarship awards are determined by 20% of the previous year scholarship fund balance, until such time as re-evaluation is needed. Winning junior has until 21^st birthday to claim scholarship award, if not claimed before day of 21^st birthday, it will be forfeited and remain in foundation for future junior awards. Time spent in military shall extend age requirement to day of 25^th birthday.

* In fairness of all other applicants, No Junior is allowed to win 2 consecutive years in a row, but may enter their name again after skipping one year.
