HAMPTON HIGH PRACTICES


Sometimes you like and sometimes you don't.  Their is fun, sweat and even pain.  Cheerleading practice length is based on the availability of all squad memebers.  It is usually 2-3 times a week.  Extra practices are sometimes held if needed.

 
Practices are for cheerleders to learn and work on cheers, chants, sidelines, half-time, dance and competition rountines.
At Hampton High we practice 2 times a week, and still, it never seems like we get enough.  Basically we just go over our chants and cheers.  After we are done that we concentrate on Competition.  Its really alot of fun!!
