Radically Canadian Places

Although Cartman is from a place called Southpark, I am sure he agrees that Canada certainly is a radical country. Who better than Cartman could make such a decision? After all he does have two outstanding Canadians (Terrence and Phillip) on the show. The Montreal area is where you might have sightings of him. Maybe one of the following locations might have him present :

Little Burgundy
Montreal, Que. Canada
Hudson, Que. Canada
