BMHL RULES



Basic Rules



1. All GMs must run their teams by them self. A GM cannot let another GM in
the league run their team for them. However, if a GM is gone then they can
have someone outside of the league run their team for them.

2. A GM can only have one team.

3. All GMs must keep in contact with the commissioner or they will be
considered dead and will be kicked.



Trading Rules


1. All trades must now be e-mailed to the league. There is a way to do this
now on the e-mail page. Please mail all trades to the league.

2. Trades may be "Nixed" if it Extremely Unfair too one side. So Please watch



Trade Conduct

We must make sure we all conduct ourselves in a professional manner. If we do
not then a probation could result.


Lineups


Lineups must be 20 players counting the goalies. This would be 18 forwards
and 2 goalies. You must dress 6 defensmen.

Please make all your lineups look like this. If your lineups do not look like this
then the computer will pick your lines


Rules in the IRC #BMHL Channel


1. You must conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times.


2.Only people allowed to kick BMHL members from the channel will be Ason,
   Roy, and myself (FlyersGM/Berard34).

3. If you ban an BMHL member from the channel you will lose your ops
    permanently.

Important Rules


1. If you are leaving town please let me (FlyersGM)know.

2. If you aren't heard from for two weeks and haven't told us you are gone, you
will be considered dead. Another owner will be found for your team.



Draft


The draft will be 4 rounds long. It will be held over 2 or 3 days after the end of
the season.


Salaries and Other things


We already know the salary rules as posted on the salary commissioners page
as well as the free agency rules. We must have at least 32 players on our
teams. If you do not have 32 players you will have 1 week to correct the
situation. If you go over the salary cap of $35 million you will have one week
to correct the situation. If you do not correct the situation you will no be able to
sign any free agents until you do.

Please have fun with this league. I just thought we need to get the rules down
on paper.
