This box was everything the last box wasn't. Where the autographs failed the last one, this time the autographs were right on and ther break was fun and exciting.

The player selection on the autographs is the key to these breaks. Nobody wants to be sitting there pulling Chris Herperger autographs. This box delivered nicely in that area. Luongo, Havlat, Jovanovski ... the worst autograph of the bunch was probably Fred Braithwaite, who would have been amongst the leaders of the last box break! Also helping this box out was one pack that had two autographs stuck together: Aaron Miller and Eric Brewer. That made for 13 auto overall instead of just 12.

And as an added bonus, this box also had a memorabilia card. Memorabilia only falls out 1 per 2 boxes on average. It was a common memorabilia set this time, just the regular game jerseys, but the two color swatch from Pavel's jersey definately makes the card even better and enhances the "bonus memorabilia" even more.

But this still doesn't improve the product as a whole. One box hit the gold mine, the other was abysmally dull. With the cluttered checklist most boxes are likely to be hit or miss... you either have a great time pulling pretty decent names, or you sit there pulling Chris Herperger autographs begging for a sweet memorabilia card. BAP Signature should be much better than hit and miss ... and other years of it are, most notably 02-03.
