For product analysis, please see my first box break here.

This box was pretty much a train wreck of a box from all vantage points.

We'll start with the memorabilia card. OK, it's not horrible, it looks sweet and Jeff O'Neill is a cool NHLer, but not much of a force in the hobby sadly. It's also one of the more common jersey insert sets (only the All-Star Jerseys and Playoff Quarters are more common) so it was a bit disappointing on those counts as well.

The parallels were not that thrilling either. Kolzig, Kubina and Daze are alright, but nothing thrilling. Fred Braithwaite is a really sad parallel to end up with. The Thornton Franchise Players is nice, but that's 1. Of 5. And, while I may have been spoiled by the other boxes, I was used to 2 Sapphires per and this one only yielded one. If others are giving 2 ...

And the rookies were especially sad. Ales Hemsky and Anton Volchenkov are the only ones still playing I believe. Worse yet, they are the only ones I even need for my set. Speaking of set, this box also had a horrible number of duplicates ... 11 in total! Other boxes had maybe 1, a max of 2. 11 within this one box. With a 300 card set and only 120 cards in the box, 11 dupes do not need to be falling out of a box.

It was a very bad box for this product, which is usually much better. So-so names as the parallels, hardly any notable rookies, and an average memorabilia card combine to make this one of the worst BAP Memorabilia boxes I have opened.
