I found a couple of mistakes in my original posting of this song. The second and
fourth lines of each chorus should have Am instead of C:

    Bm              Em           Am                D
You get yourself so high and you come down feeling blue

And after each chorus, the chord progression should be Cmaj7-Bm-Am7-G instead
of Cmaj7-Bm-Cmaj7-G

  Bm               Em        Am              D         Cmaj7

The rest of the song has the same chords in the same places
(verse/chorus, etc.) so I'll just type the lyrics.
