The previously posted chords aren't at all like they play it, and they sound
a bit weird. Here's a mix of what I found in the piano book and what I saw them
do on TV. Listen to the song for beat and all the rest.

(Note: In the verses you just play the first beat (strum approximately once),
but between each line and in the chorus, it's played more like this...)

The Am7 was found in the book and although it sounds a bit funny at first, it's
what I saw them do on TV too.

Anyway, you can stick to to arrangements at all and play it the way you want.
Try a heavy shuffle, that sounds groovy.
