This song hasen't been released on an album yet, but will probably appear on The Hip's next album. This transcription is from a live version of the song recorded on New Years Eve at the Air Canada Center. 

My guitar was tuned flat, and it sounded perfect 

The beginning riff looks something like this (with various variations):
