This a great tune from Where I started which is really easy to play, this
transcription is by no means perfect, but it sounds pretty close 
I have tried to write the strumming pattern down here, but you'll have to listen
to the song to get it...you just strum the chords in the pattern here and use your
left hand to mute

Standard tuning (both guitars)

V - Downstroke
^ - Upstroke
/ - Slide (a slide is used for the electric guitar in the chorus)
h - hammer on
p - pull off
