Playstation Emulation....what can it do for you?
I'm bored and I have no life...so lately I've been downloading playstation games off usenet and running them in an excellent playstation emulator called epsxe. The nicest feature about this emulator is the ability to use a variety of plugins to handle sound, graphics, input, etc. The graphics plugins are, in particular, excellent. While the playstation was rather cutting edge in its day, it quite frankly looks like shit compared to most modern games. I'll be taking screenshots comparing unenhanced psx graphics and "spiffied up" enhanced graphics that epsxe can display.
