                   No op begging
                        don't beg for ops (the @)
                   No swearing
                        no vulgarities (bad words)
                   No flooding
                        don't use popups that are 5 lines or more
                        don't enter your text more than 5 times
                   No advertising
                        don't advertise non-personal, adult webpages
                        don't advertise another channel in the main
                   No cybersex except in private!
                        do we have to explain???
