Greetings everyone =) look who is still here, yes, i do check this website every so often. but i'm glad you all do too, it makes me happy to know that there are still Paul Laus fans out there in the world. anyway, i got an email from a unique individual a few days ago, and let's just say that it has spurred me to clean up Days a bit. so i will try my best to start fixing it and changing things around, but i can't promise anything, or even give a timeframe, because i am such a busy little person. but thanks for still checking us out, and leave some love! i do appreciate it =)

Hello kiddies, it's been awhile. uhmm... I'm starting to think about what the future of Days will be. i just dont know anymore, considering the fact that paul is pretty likely going to retire and the panthers aren't going to offer him a position with the team. And when/if he retires, there isn't going to be much of anything, if anything at all, left to update with (as you can see now, i'm scrapping the bottom of the barrel for material and his retirement isnt even official yet). sooo yeah. I really need to go back and find all these articles that i linked up on here and put them in the news section for all you wonderful people to read, that way you all won't be clickin' on all these dead links that are floating around and won't come head hunting for me cuz none of them work. :P yeah, I'll have to get around to that one of these days, in between this thing they call college.
anyway, here is a little update for you -- Paul is now coaching in Canada for the OSHL (Original Stars Hockey League).
From the Sun-Sentinel:
Locked out but still in the game
September 26, 2004
When Randy Gumbley called Rick Dudley last month, the founder of the Original Stars Hockey League asked the former Panthers general manager to be commissioner.
"I told him I was still under contract with the Panthers, but I decided to help out in another way," Dudley said.
Dudley recommended, then called, everyone from
Boca Raton's Paul Laus, the former Panthers enforcer, to Scott Masters, the team's former video coach, to Grant Ledyard, the former defenseman who played for Dudley in Buffalo and Tampa Bay.
All three are now entrenched as coaches in the startup league in Ontario, a six-team, four-on-four setup that is giving locked-out NHLers a chance to play during the labor impasse. While the exhibition season has been suspended for 10 days so the league can get organized and figure out exactly which players will commit, the season is slated to start Oct. 7.

and better late than never... HAPPY BIRTHDAY PAUL!!!
