My name is John Benavides, my Chinese name is Bian Zhuang Fei. I am an instructor of YCGF Nevada Branch. I teach classes in Reno. I have been studying Martial Arts for about twenty years off and on. I have been studying Kenpo for the past ten years or so. I am working on my fourth degree black belt. Also I have been studying Yin Cheng Gong Fa for about eight years. I am a Shifu Zhang Yun's in-door disciple. I started with Tongbei, then went on to Taiji. This system is the most complete system that I have studied. It covers all sectors of the Martial Arts with simplicity. This system can take any style and make it better with Taiji and the push hand drills, and forms. It help one's art advance tenfold. When I visited Beijing, Master Zhao Zeren gave me an intensive training of Taiji, Bagua, and Tongbei.

When I was in Beijing, Master Lu Shengli taught me the internal kungfu fighting techniques.

Intensive Training in Beijing

The spring of 1999 my kungfu brother Strider and I went Beijing again to visit our kungfu family. We got wonderful entertain and great classes there. Our Great Grandmaster Wang Peisheng taught us martial arts principle and practice methods. Our Grand kungfu uncle Wang Naixiang taught us the Spiral Dragon Staff. Our kungfu uncle Zhao Zeren and Lu Shengli taught us the application skills of Taiji, Bagua, Xingyi, and Tongbei. It was an incredible trip. From these training events, I really understand how great and warm of the friendship in a traditional kungfu family. I felt I am so luck not only to learn many useful skills but also to join this lovely family.аа

We allow you to try-out our school under no commitment, at half the usual price. The course consists of two 2-hours classes for $20.00 total. At any point in this course, you may shift to a regular class without losing credit.
