(The scene is set. After a shocking edition of Shockwave just this past week that still has left many in awe, the 1/22 edition of Shockwave should be an explosive, groundbreaking night. With the debuts of such talent as Two Wild and Crazy Guys, The Necromancer and Latinos Diablos, just to name a few. To five star potential matches such as Public Enemy vs Cold Ambrosia…Haywood Jublome vs. Chip Masters…and the one that pits mentor against student, TME vs Spencer Barrington. The first round of the NEWF New England Title will be completed. And finally, the one match that’s putting the asses in the seats…the one match that everyone has been waiting for to go down…the one match that will headline Monday night Shockwave, pits the current NEWF Heavyweight Champion, Jack Daniels, defending his title against the current NEWF Television Champion, Bazooka Joe. It’s going to be champion versus champion, and all for the biggest prize in this industry…the NEWF Heavyweight Title.)

(The ramifications of this match could be tremendous. After weeks of twists and countless attacks, it will all be decided. Bazooka Joe took the initiative to step up and demand his title shot after six successful title defenses. He warned Daniels of his presence by putting him through tables and brutally attacking him. Then, for rating purposes, the two were pitted together as a tag team. This obviously proved to be a big mistake, because although the two rivals were getting the job done…in the end, it was Bazooka Joe who "accidentally" nailed Daniels with the Pin Puller that cost them the match. But Daniels had his way in the end when Daniels hired a masked hitman so to say, who turned out to be none other than Chip Masters. Masters took care of Daniel’s dirty work, leaving Bazooka Joe laying in the middle of the ring. Now it’s time for the two to step inside that squared circle and raise all kinds of hell. The stage is set, for quite possibly Daniel’s most challenging title defense. It’s gonna be a war…and Bazooka Joe has got to be dreaming if he thinks he’s gonna win…)
