Ludwig Catering has a policy of "limited bookings", meaning that, unlike many caterers, we limit the number of events we will cater in any given day. This policy allows us to concentrate our efforts and resources on those specific events, providing on-time deliveries and set ups, professional staff and a "Ludwig" at each event.

Consultations and Bookings

The nature of off-premise catering takes us away from the kitchen on a daily basis. For your convenience, all consultations should be scheduled prior to your visit. When the venue for your event is new to Ludwig Catering, or if you have special needs or concerns, a site visit will be scheduled. There is no charge for the initial visit. Fees may apply when extensive travel is required.
 
A $250 deposit will reserve the date for your event. Payment may be made with cash, check, or credit card; full payment due one week prior to service, unless other arragements are made ahead of time. The deposit will be retuned after any non-disposable items have been returned, or in the case of fully staffed events, deducted from your final balance.
