~Jennie has announced that she is retiring in a press conference=( She said- "I've had two surgeries and done everything I possibly can and it's just not holding up, of course, I'm really sad about it but I've kind of been thinking about it for a long time. I mean, I guess I wasn't really thinking about retiring, but after the second surgery I started thinking about what if it didn't work, and what I was I going to do. ... I knew that if I could do gymnastics the way I wanted to I could make the team, and if not ... It's just kind of hitting reality right now." She plans to stay in Cincinnati for a while to help her team mates. "I plan to be as much a part of this team as I can be," said Jennie. "I'm still going to come in the gym on a regular basis and help everyone else as much as I can. Hopefully, this summer I'll be able to do a little bit of coaching and see where that leads me." "I have no regrets, If I didn't try I never would have been on two world championship teams. I never would have won the American Cup last year. I think that's one of my career highlights. It's just such a prestigious meet for the Americans. The whole atmosphere is just incredible."

- Jennie will not defend her American Cup title, but plans to go to the Pacific Alliance Championships (A meet which I may be attending! I'll try and take lots of cool photos for you.)
-Jennie got invited to Bela's next camp. (Bela is holding camps to select the USA Olympic team and eliminating some gymnasts after every camp)
Jennie qualified to the 99 Worlds, and traveled there, but could not compete due to injury
