Opposing coaches from across the league will submit votes for all teams. Leading vote getters from each team will be awarded representative.

Light Shirt Team – Large town 1^st, 3^rd, 5^th, 7^th, 9^th

Small town 2^nd, 4^th, 6^th, 8^th

Dark Shirt Team – Large town 2^nd, 4^th, 6^th, 8^th
