You have now entered The Cave, the leistbrocum online extravaganza. Here you will get a taste of this cult band from the gloomy depths of the early nineties.
You will find sample lyrics, and hopefully soon, exerpts of the master recordings. They will be taken exclusively for this site directly from the recordings at the legendary The Cavern studio, now closed.
The story of the band starts at the medieval Stavanger Catherdral grounds where the band members first met. The details of the first meeting are still to be reveiled. The Prophet and Lucifer here first got their inspiration, and on a journey to the Edinburgh castle and ancient necropoli, harvested from the myths and dark truths of the Scots, Celts and Picts. From these and of course ancient Norse knowledge, the Cult of Leistbrocum arose to reign.
As the band members expanded their horizon, their musical expression was revealed to them and they transcended above the pathetic contemporary metal music. Their form and energy was the power needed to deify both members. They delivered unto the world the tracks The Prophecy (parts 1 & 2), His Presence, Sacrifice the Lamb, Domalde Ožrašes, Laudate Dominum and numerous other immortal pieces of music.
