Drills

Throw - Catch
Cradle and run
Long throw - catch
Throw - catch and cradle with 3 players
Passing in a circle - with one or more balls. Call name before making a pass.
Passing contest - in pairs
Two - lines pairs face each other. Pass back and forth as many times possible without dropping it. Each whistle, take step backwards.
Scoop and Shoot
One line. Ball is tossed in front of goal. Player scoops and shoots. Assume you have ball. If miss ball, next player scoops for it.
Chase - Fight - Scoop & Shoot
2 lines. 2 players line up. Ball is thrown and players run after it. Players fight for ball. Once it is scooped, cradle back to line.
2 - vs. - 2
2 on two until attackers make 3 passes, then shoot on goal.
Shadow Drill
2 players, 15 - 20 feet apart, facing each other. Both cradle a ball. Run towards each other until meet in middle. Facing each other shift right, then left, then run back to starting position.
