Goalkeeper
The goalkeeper in lacrosse can be your greatest asset or biggest liability. The rules are written such that the defense is almost always wrong. Therefore no matter how good your defense is, your goalie will always be shot on. Try to spend as much time as you can with your goalie, everyone will benefit.
