Dunfermline Athletic Reserves 1 22 4 3 15 43 84 15 Livingston were called Meadowbank Thistle up to and including the 1994/95 season. 1. 1924/25: The game Dykehead - Brechin City was not played as the teams at the end of the season had not been able to reach an agreement on a fixturedate. As the game would not have affected the outcome of the table in any serious way the game was left unplayed. 2. 1925/26: 25 games were left unplayed. Galston, for example, played only 15 games out of a stipulated 30 and withdrew at the halfway stage. The other teams number of games varies from 25 to 30. The reason was financial difficulties for many clubs. This was the last season that the third level existed before it was restructured after World War II. 4. 1988/89: Cowdenbeath had two points deducted for selecting a player which was ineligible. 5. 1994/95: Meadowbank Thistle had three points deducted because they fielded an ineligible player. 5. 1999/2000: Hamilton Academical had fifteen points deducted for failing to fulfill the away fixture to Stenhousemuir.
