Summer soccer from July through August

For players 14 and under, boys and girls

Summer League is designed to be a competitive step-up league.

FORMAT OF LEAGUE

One 7-a-side game each week: 30 minute halves.

Prior to each week's games there will be 30 minutes of skill instruction by coaching staff.

Coaches will use on the field active participation from within the game to coach.

Teams of 12 players will be formed, utilizing registration information with an emphasis on building balanced teams for league play

Referee mentoring: each team will have a player serve for one half as linesman

End of season Tournament Day

Sanctioned by Montana Youth Soccer Association, administered by Karen Closson of FC Missoula Youth Soccer Club.

Coaches are volunteers, all of which are licensed and experienced soccer players.

TIME INVOLVED FOR PARENTS AND PLAYERS

Dates of League Play: July 27 to August 31

Day of week of League Play: Tuesday Nights

Time of day of League Play: 7:00PM - 8:30PM

Cost of League Play: $40 - includes insurance, field use, USYSA membership, USSF membership, and player jersey to keep (not a T-shirt)
