European Super Cup

The European Super Cup match will be played between Manchester United, the Champions League winner and the winner of the last European Cupwinners' Cup, Lazio Roma

The match, played on August 27th, ended in a 0 - 1 victory for Lazio Roma. Salas scored the only goal of the match in the 35th minute. On Manchester Utd's side there were three Dutch players, Goalkeeper Van der Gouw, Jaap Stam and Jordi (Cruijff), neither of them were able to score though.
