The purpose of the Las Vegas Bay MacGregor Association shall be to provide the owners and sailors of the MacGregor and Venture by Macgregor Yachts, as well as owners of other boats, a common forum by which they may exchange ideas, promote seamanship and safety, and participate in social and competitive events with other members of the association.
1. Membership to the Las Vegas Bay MacGregor Association shall be open to any person who owns a boat or has a keen interest in sailing. 2. A single membership shall include the individuals in the immediate household of the member. 3. A member in good standing shall be defined as that member who has an application on file with the Secretary and is current in his or her dues. 4. Any new member who joins will be given, in seven days or less, a copy of the Articles of Association, a membership card and a list of all members and their boat names and sail numbers. Also, their phone numbers and address and if they have one, their e-mail address.
