The test is 'communication to at least one person other than the subject', you've done that. As for opinion - this can be a very hard line to draw and yes, this means libel is a dangerous area. london is known as the libel capital of the world and companies and individuals sue their detractors here for the very reason that our laws favour them so much. It sucks really.
