Hi everyone.  I am married (16 years) to a wonderful woman, Julie.  We are what they call DINKS....Dual Income No Kids....  I am enrolled at Rock Valley College and began an education in computer information systems. I am currently taking Programming Related to the Internet, Macromedia Director, and Computer Systems Practicum. I must have shown some aptitude, because I was hired by the college to work on the new EdNet Help Desk. EdNet is the school's Educational Network. My duties include assisting students and faculty on technology issues, instruct students and faculty on the use of EdNet, and I am helping to write the procedures for troubleshooting problems in the computer labs. I set up the database for professors and student surveys. With 2 other members of the help desk, we are creating the Business and Professional Institute for RVC. I now have the pleasure of working with a fine group of people, all of whom bring skills and talents to make this new program a success under the direction of Ann Carter, a Professor at RVC.

In addition to school and EdNet, I was elected Treasurer of SAITP (Student Association of Information Technology Professionals).  We are committed to bringing the business community and the students of RVC together to meet, exchange ideas, and allow the students to network with potential employers.  My current classes include Macromedia's Director. Programming Related to the Internet, and an Operating Systems Practicum. I currently hold a Certificate in Multimedia Design and expect to receive my Webmasters this spring.
My wife and I would like to relocate in the central lakes region of Minnesota as soon as I finish school.  We both love the land of 10,000 lakes, and would like to find a simple home overlooking one of those beautiful lakes.  I would like to work as a Webmaster and also would like to develop Multimedia Products. I would also like to help promote the central lakes area over the World Wide Web by providing professional web sites aimed at bringing true fisherman as well as the millions of families vacationing in the Midwest.
