I would also like to thank all of the people responsible for helping me with this page, that is My friends for being there when no one else was, My students because you are my second family and always will be stick with your training and best of luck, and all of the people who have posted tips and techniques you are the ones who make my page look good.And for anyone I missed don't take it personal I love you anyway. Please tell your friends about this page.
P.S. I am in the process of writing a book, i will try to make this one of the most detailed literatures of martial arts techniques ever written, contents art: punches, other hand striking methods, kicking, head butts, elbows, knees, target areas, throws, takedowns, joint locks and manipulations, submissions, pins, counters, reversals, escapes, and my favorite "choke holds" Also GI techniques will be covered as well as fighting other martial arts styles. There is no price on this book as it is not written yet but more will follow in time.
Help is greatly appreciated but please don't write me with the intentions of giving me a hard time with this book. techniques are a great help if you wish to send me a technique fine. If you have the technique photographed even better send the E-mail with the subject as: "The Main Event's Book"
