Here's where you find out what has been seen and heard recently about Sarah Hughes.

January 6, 1999- Sarah was on The Early Show this morning on CBS. Here's a little review I wrote:

First they showed a clip of Sarah in 1994 saying that she wants to win an Olympic gold and that she can't wait for it to happen. Then it showed a clip of Peggy Fleming and Sarah's double axel and of Robin Wagner talking about how people have said Sarah is like Peggy Fleming. After that they showed Sarah saying which of her medals were from which competitions and then a clip of her entire family eating pizza. Her mom and older sister talked about how they treat her just like all the other kids and that's how they keep her level-headed. They also showed her practicing and saying that she'd be happy if she made the Olympic team and skated well, even if she didn't win gold. Also shown was the ending spin in her 99 World's long program.
