Best wishes to all that were involved in the fatal car accident which included Calgary Flames prospect defenseman, Robyn Regehr!!!!!!!!! Our condolences go out to their families of the victims and wish them luck in the future as we wish for everybody for a fast and speedy recovery!

Last but not Least........

Condolences go out to the family of the late Carolina Hurricanes defenseman Steve Chiasson, who was involved in a horrific car accident on may 3rd.  We have lost a great hockey player as well as a terrific person.  He not only will be in the hearts of those close to him, but also in the hearts of the entire hockey community. BEST OF LUCK TO THOSE OVERCOMING THIS TERRIBLE LOSS.

.......These situations just goes to show that there is more to hockey than just a whole bunch of wild monkeys (well, they may seem like it) on skates.  We, as the regular Joe Shmoes, often do not realize that hockey players are just as mortal as we all are.  They have the same chance of having these tragedies as we do.  Although these players may not be directly affecting us, the feeling of grief still creep up on those who learn of these accidents.  We (or at least I), therefore, all end up sharing the pain of those who are involved in these tragedies.  Good luck  to all those involved (including their families); you guys will forever be in our hearts. =)
