Facility Rules/ Guidlines

The GSCYFL Board of Directors has passed and will enforce the following rules which are in accordance to State Law, School District Polices, our insurance policy, and will help ensure a positive experience for our athletes:

  • Spectators must remain a minimum of 5 yards from the sideline or behind the rope, fence or barrier specified by the host city or school, which ever is farther.  (Note games at Granite Falls High School, spectators must remain in the area of the Grandstands.) 

  • Only Coaches, Players, Referees, and League Officials will be allowed in the playing area.

  • The use of tobacco, alcohol, or illegal drugs is not permitted at any GSCYFL sponsored activity.  If you need to smoke you must leave the facility. 

  • NO PETS are permitted at GSCYFL activities.

  • Those violating these rules will be asked to leave the facility.

We also ask that you keep the following in mind:

  • Support the efforts of the volunteers, coaches, and of the GSCYFL.

  • Set the right example for your child by always showing good sportsmanship.

  • Please do not argue with a coach, referee, or official at any GSCYFL event.  You should never voice any complaints or concerns towards coaches, referees, or league officials in front of the children.

  • Parents should praise your child's efforts and always offer your support. Please allow your child to play as a child and have fun.

Granite Falls High School:

From Lake Stevens, Monroe, Snohomish, & Sultan: Take Highway 9 North to SR 92.  Turn right on SR92 and follow it into the City of Granite Falls.  Drive through town to the 2nd 4 way stop (at the Pacific Pride), turn left on Alder and the school is on the right, park in any of the school parking lots.

From Marysville: Take Highway 9 North or South to 84th St.  Head east on 84th to the intersection w/ SR 92.  Turn Left on SR92 and follow it into the City of Granite Falls.  Drive through town to the 2nd 4 way stop (at the Pacific Pride), turn left on Alder and the school is on the right, park in any of the school parking lots.

 Lake Stevens Middle School:

Take Highway 9 North  or South to Frontier Village.  Turn at the light towards Albertson's.  At the next light  turn left on 91st Ave.  Drive about a mile, the school will be on your left, park in the front lot or drive up the side road and park. 

 North Lake Middle School (in Lake Stevens):

Take Highway 9 North  or South to Lundeen Pkwy and head East.  At the 2nd 4-way stop sign, turn left onto 123 Ave NE.  The Field is less than half a mile on the left.

 Marysville Middle School:

Take Highway 9 North to 84th St.  Turn Left at the light and head west.  At the bottom of the hill (by the golf course) turn Left on 67th.  Go about 2 blocks and turn Right on Grove.  Proceed until you reach Liberty St., and turn Left.  The school will be about a block ahead on the left. 

  Park Place Middle School:

Take US 2 East to Monroe.  Turn Right at 179th, by the Hospital and proceed to Main St, turn Left.   

 Snohomish Freshman Campus:

From Monroe & Sultan: Take US 2 West, and Exit on the first Snohomish Exit, turn Left (over US 2) onto 2nd St.  At the Second light, turn Right on Maple, proceed 3-4 blocks and turn left into the school.  

From Granite Falls, Lake Stevens, & Marysville: Take Highway 9 South, and exit by turning Left on Bickford Ave. in Snohomish exit.  Proceed to the intersection with Ave. D, turn Left on Avenue D, and go 11 blocks to 5th St.  Turn Left on 5th St. and proceed to Glenn St., turn Left, and you will drive directly into the parking lot. 

 Sultan Middle School:

Take US 2 East to Sultan.  Turn Left on 3rd St and continue to the School.
