Warm up exercise is important to avoid getting hurt. Do some stretching exercise before you get start.

Mirror boxing Doing different conbination in front of the mirror, assume you are facing your opponent.

Heavy bag Learning how to control your opponent on the bag. Measuring your distance, practicing the conbination, assume you are facing your opponent. It's useful for strengthening your punching power and increase the conditioning.

Punching mitt You can learn how to punch a moving target on the mitt. It is a very good conditioning training method.

Speed bag helps you to develop the hand speed and coordination of effective combination punching.

Double-End Bag helps you to focus on the skill of slip a punch and land an effective counter-punch. And to sharpen your reflexes to become a more fundamentally solid fight.

Shadow boxing is to move and punch as you would during a match. Practice your combination as in the ring.

Sparring is to practice your combination in the ring with a partner as in a match. To get the feeling during the sparring to learn the experience.

Fitness training including roadwork, jump rope, sit-up, short-distance running, medicine ball, etc.
