November 11th, 1998

After an extensive search, the Northwestside Connection may have received a new member today. At approx. 11:00 Central time, Trevor Tyrell gave verbal committment to the NW. Trevor is a highly talented player. He averaged 11 points a game at the rec level last year. He also has high school experience, making him an all around balla! We expect great things to come from T2 this year.

December 12th, 1998

We at Northwestside Connection are very pleased to announce the addition of #53 Travis Johnson. For some unknown reason he was cut from the varsity team this year even though last year he was a big time contributor. We can't wait to see him in action for the NWSC. "Take heed to the Swede."

In another announcement, Adam Lynd will also be balling with the NWSC. Adam brings 2 years of school ball and one season of rec ball experiance. He will be the NWSC's starting point or shooting guard. We are very pleased to have him on board.

Sunday, January 10th, 1999

Due to improper behavior at the first NWSC game, security guard Greg Prieb (pictured below) has been dishonorably discharged. All ties between him and the team have been broken. Childish behavior such as his cannot be tolerated.
