Spinning is a high energy group exercise class
conducted on specialized stationary cycles. The class
simulates an outdoor ride with changing terrain to make
45 minutes like 15! It is the ultimate workout that is
non-impact and great for all fitness levels!
The schedule is subject to change without notice. Contact Gold's for member and non-member fees. Train. TRAINING WHEELS ... FOR THE BEGINNER ! An introduction to Spinning. This class will prepare you for your first ride! :earn the basics of spinning ... proper forms and technique, bike setup, and enjoy a short sample journey. You'll come back for more. Please feel free to attend any class that fits your
schedule. However it is important to pace yourself
according to your fitness level. YOU determine the
intensity of your workout. Remember, it's your
ride! HYDRATION. Spinning is unlike any other cardiovascular class. Fluid is critical. Come prepared with your water bottle filled, or you may purchase water at the front desk. SHOES. Stiff soled sneakers (cross trainers) are best. TOWELS. For your personal comfort and safety, towels are mandatory! RESERVATIONS. Gold's Gym accepts Spinning reservations in person, in advance if you have an active Spin Punch Pass. Reservations are non-cancelable and non-transferable. All other reservations must be made in person before class time. You must sign the reservation sheet before entering the studio. Refunds given only in the event of a mechanical problem. A reservation must be cancelled 24 hours in advance or you will be charged for the class. Gold's
