P.F.A. Ban Transfers for the Tigers

Hull city have been found guilty of over spending on transfers and not been able to pay the players wages, by the P.F.A.
The sentence is that Hull City F.C. are not allowed to make any transfers until they have cleared the wage bill problem.
This small problem (which has brought great embarrassment on the faces of the Hull City board after allowing a large spend out on players in the pre-season months) should be cleared up with the large cash sum which should be arriving with the large Cup game against Liverpool. The sentence has put stoppers on Warren Joyces planes to buy Wigan striker Gareth Evans.
